On Oct. 21, 2022 we said goodbye to our wonderful Bear cub. Bear was having a very difficult time with his hind legs. We tried prednisone, but it didn’t help. He was also anemic and a very skinny boy.
Bear was such a sweet dog and a very good friend of mine. As a working dog, he was a core member of my recreational racing team. Bear retired from running in 2017 and moved into the house in April of 2020.
He loved to sing with his brothers and sisters. He also loved to follow me around the house, especially when I vacuumed.
The house is lonely without our Bear cub. Fun free young man.
