Morning/Afternoon/Evening Sled Dog Tour
We’ll take you on a 1-2 hour ride with a dog team! The trail we select is dependent upon conditions. We can accommodate up to two people.
This package may include:
- A short lesson about harnessing sled dogs and their position within the team.
- A short lesson about the parts of a sled and how to mush a team.
- A ride as a passenger in the sled.
- If you feel comfortable, you’ll be able to mush the sled around a snowy meadow.
- Hot chocolate and snacks.
Cost: $225 per person [this includes %5 GST]
1-2 Hour Snowshoe Hike
We’ll take you to some of our favorite places with gorgeous views of Lake Laberge. You’ll even have an option to snowshoe with one of our fabulous sled dogs! We can accommodate up to eight people (group discounts available).
Cost:
- $105 per person [this includes %5 GST] bring your own snowshoes.
- $135 per person [this includes %5 GST] rent our snowshoes.

All guests must sign a waiver. Guests must be in sufficiently good physical condition for the adventure they select.
Guests are responsible for bringing their own appropriate warm winter clothing. Recommended clothing includes:
- wool or poly base layers
- wool or poly glove liners
- balaclava
- wool or fleece mittens
- ski pants or bibs
- warm jacket or parka
- warm footwear
Let us know if you need any additional clothing as we do have some to loan.
Payment: We accept etransfer, cash, or cheques.
Getting Here: Four-wheel drive is recommended from the drive to the Klondike highway to StinkyPup Kennel. Directions will be provided. Alternatively, we can arrange to pick you up and drop you off in Whitehorse. This is a $50 charge.
