Frankie was diagnosed with Third Degree A/V Block. It’s an electrical disturbance in his heart. Since the cause is unknown, treatment is a pacemaker.
Just for kicks, he’ll get an echocardiogram tomorrow. Perhaps the echo will tell us what’s causing the problem. Another treatment we can try is doxycycline and steroids. More tomorrow after the cardiac echo.
